The challenge
Brazilian pilots and technicians looking at international opportunities, and international operators looking at Brazilian talent, have had no shared place to meet. Credential systems differ, and most hiring platforms are built around a single regulator.
How the partnership works
ABRAPAC members build FlyHire profiles that capture ANAC licenses and ratings alongside any FAA or EASA credentials they hold.
Matching treats those credentials as first-class requirements, so a Brazilian operator can post in the terms its own regulator uses.
The network feed and groups give members a place to connect with operators and peers across the region.
Operators in Brazil use the same posting, matching, and pipeline tools as operators in the United States.
What changed
Members gain visibility to a hiring network that extends beyond their existing contacts, and operators gain access to a pool of professionals whose qualifications are already structured and verified.
