✈️ We’ve hit full clean air.
1 week since launch and we’re officially in cruise.
That means: all reported bugs are resolved, core UX is polished, and we’re moving fast on your feedback.
Today’s update is all about experience — not features. We made dozens of small refinements across FlyHire to make things feel faster, smoother, and clearer. Let’s dive in.
🧭 Network + dashboard upgrades
We completely rebuilt parts of the Network and Dashboard UI to reduce friction and help you take action faster.
Here’s what changed:
- ✦ Cleaner pilot & employer cards — easier to scan, interact, and follow
- ✦ Improved activity feed on the dashboard — now shows relevant alerts only
- ✦ "My Matches" tile added to the dashboard with quick access to top job suggestions
- ✦ Mobile spacing and layout have been tightened up (no more weird scroll gaps)
This is all part of our push to make FlyHire feel like a command center, not just a job board.
👋 Onboarding got a refresh
We took a hard look at first impressions — and reworked how new pilots and employers get started.
Fixes + improvements:
- ❯ Guidance steps now load more reliably on mobile
- ❯ Clarified next actions after sign-up for each user type
- ❯ Cleaner UI when uploading documents, logos, and credentials
- ❯ Fewer required fields up front (because context matters more than volume)
You should feel like you're in control from the start, not stuck in a form-filling loop. That’s the goal.
🐞 Zero known bugs. Seriously.
Every bug reported since launch is now resolved. That includes:
- Login errors (especially on Safari)
- Email confirmation issues
- Data sync delays in job matching
- UI display quirks in filtered search states
If you’ve been waiting to jump in because of glitches — now’s the time. It’s clean, fast, and ready to go.
📊 Smart Resume improvements coming soon
Launching next week: Smart Resume template improvements and additional options.
- Export, save, and share templates
- Resume progress tracker
- Profile optimization
Estimated release: Next week (Dispatch 1.05 👀)
