✈️ The beta just got sharper
We’ve officially deployed FlyHire Beta 1.1.3 to test our new mobile app upgrades. While we’re still testing and tuning behind the scenes, this release introduces some of the most requested features and UX upgrades to date.
🔧 Upgraded profiles & settings
We’ve rebuilt the profile and settings screens from the ground up. You’ll notice:
- Sleeker navigation and visual layout
- Smarter toggles for visibility and privacy
- Simplified plan management
- Editable bio, credentials, and job preferences
These improvements make it easier to personalize your FlyHire experience and control what companies see.
🧭 Logbook — now with a map
Pilots and pros will be able to visualize their logged flights like never before. The new logbook map gives you:
- A full visual map of logged flight paths
- Pins for airports and regions you've flown to
- Smart filters by aircraft, time range, or type of flight
We're turning your experience into something tangible and easy to showcase. Plus, this sets the foundation for verified flight entries in upcoming releases.
🔔 Real-time alerts
We’ve launched the first version of real-time push and in-app notifications. For now, you’ll receive alerts for:
- New matches
- Application responses
- Saved job changes
- Interview requests
No more refreshing pages or digging through email threads. What happens on FlyHire will now find you when it matters most.
🔍 What’s next?
We’re ironing out bugs, tightening the real-time engine, and preparing for some massive rollouts in 1.10 and 1.11 — including the Employer app, analytics, and a fully redesigned social network experience for aviation.
