About the Role

FlyHire is looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our user base of pilots, aviation pros, and employers. This is a hands-on, high-energy role focused on outreach, partnerships, and lead generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to pilots and aviation businesses
  • Follow up with leads, guide them through signup, and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging
  • Track outreach results and iterate on strategy
  • Help shape our outreach playbooks and CRM automations

Who You Are

  • Self-starter with 1–5 years of sales or outreach experience
  • Strong written communicator with a knack for getting attention
  • Familiar with CRMs (like HubSpot or Close) and email tools
  • Bonus: experience in the aviation or SaaS space
