About the Role

As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll lead FlyHire’s efforts to establish long-term, high-value relationships with aviation businesses and institutions. You’ll represent FlyHire externally and work closely with product and leadership to deliver win-win deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prioritize partner opportunities across flight schools, charters, and airlines
  • Negotiate contracts and align on mutual value
  • Launch partnership pilots and track results
  • Collaborate with marketing to co-promote and support partners
  • Build scalable processes for onboarding and managing partners

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, BD, or strategic sales
  • Deep understanding of the aviation ecosystem
  • Proven track record negotiating high-value B2B partnerships
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional projects
