A. Information You Provide to Us

- Employer Data (if applicable): Company name, contact details, job postings, hiring preferences, and related business information.

- Device and Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, unique device identifiers, crash logs, and other system-level data.
- Usage Data: Details of user activity on the Services, such as page views, navigation paths, interactions, session duration, and other behavioral analytics.
- Geolocation Data: If enabled by you, we may collect location data for the purposes of logbook tracking, job discovery, or location-based filtering.

- To Employers or Recruiters: When you apply to a job or choose to make your profile visible, relevant information may be shared with the hiring company.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted, anonymized, or securely archived.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the application or by contacting us directly.

7. User-Generated Content Moderation
FlyHire allows users to post and share user-generated content, including but not limited to resumes, job postings, messages, and uploaded documents. We take content safety seriously and maintain the following safeguards:
- All users must accept our Terms of Use, which prohibit objectionable or abusive content.
- We implement measures to filter and detect potentially inappropriate content.
- Users may report objectionable content through in-app reporting tools.
- Users may block or mute other users.
- All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. FlyHire reserves the right to remove reported content and suspend or delete offending accounts.
7. International Data Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under 16 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
