7. User-Generated Content Moderation

FlyHire allows users to post and share user-generated content, including but not limited to resumes, job postings, messages, and uploaded documents. We take content safety seriously and maintain the following safeguards:

All users must accept our Terms of Use, which prohibit objectionable or abusive content.
We implement measures to filter and detect potentially inappropriate content.
Users may report objectionable content through in-app reporting tools.
Users may block or mute other users.
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. FlyHire reserves the right to remove reported content and suspend or delete offending accounts.

7. International Data Transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under 16 years of age.
